This is an OPEN CONCEPT LAYOUT, 1240 sq ft CONDO has peak-a-boo river views. The entry way is open to the kitchen which is open to the dining room and living room. There is a patio off the main living area as well as another patio just off the den. The den/3rd bedroom has privacy glass and private balcony. The large second bedroom is just off the main living and close to the second bathroom with shower. The Master bedroom has two closets and private ensuite bathroom including soaker tub/shower and access to the laundry room.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a KING SIZE BED, night tables with lamp and alarm clock, DRESSER with TV on top, large double closets with clothes hangers and EXTRA BLANKETS/LINENS.
The MASTER ENSUITE BATHROOM has a vanity, tub and shower and toilet.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a QUEEN SIZE BED, and clothes closets, night stand, lamp & alarm clock, and tall boy dresser.
