THE CONDO IS FULLY FURNISHED – 2 TVs, the 1 in the living room is a 50″ LED TV & 1 in the Master bedroom is a 40″ LED TV. Also included are APPLE TV, all linen & bedding, towels, placemats, iron & ironing board.
WE PROVIDE – A starter pack of laundry detergent, toilet paper etc.

The Condo is located in the DOWNTOWN WEST END. The BOW RIVER and pathway system is 1 block North of the building. The LRT (Light Rail Train) is 2 blocks South of the building and is within the Downtown ‘FREE FARE’ zone – Great for getting to the CALGARY STAMPEDE – and connections to the North and West train lines.
The KENSINGTON shopping district is 2 blocks North, with many restaurants, shops, coffee shops as well as a SAFEWAY GROCERY STORE.
Four blocks South are two additional GROCERY STORES, CO-OP and SAFEWAY.
